Last Revision: 03/31/05

We Are Looking for a Few Good Men and Women !

And no we are not the Marine Corps! We few at FoxLair Partners, Ltd. are looking for other Mexican coin collectors who wish to share their collecting experiences and knowledge with other collectors who want and need your expertise.  We believe the only way we can raise the bar of Mexican Numismatics is to publish good informative material about and for Mexican coin collecting.  And for this task we need the help of other serious, advanced and new collectors.

What Mexican Numismatics Needs Today!

Mexican Numismatics needs you! Especially if you have something that needs to be known by other collectors, or anything that you feel strongly about, or if you have expert knowledge in some area of Mexican Numismatics, please contact us at FoxLairAJ@aol.com, because there are other collectors out there in the great electronic Lala Land who want and need your expertise.  I'm sorry we can't offer you a big paycheck right now, but someday you too will have to dispose of your collection.  And the best way to maximize the return on your investment is to make others know and realize what it has taken you years to learn:

All of these items and more can and will be useful to other collectors!  Many new and older collectors thirst for the knowledge that you alone may possess. But if you don't pass along this knowledge or your stories about Mexican coin collecting, this information could and will die with you, to be lost forever!  And this would be a travesty of justice.

Isn't about time for you to take pen, pencil, or keyboard in hand to add your knowledge and information to history?

Areas of Mexican Numismatics that need to be explored more thoroughly

Below you will find a few areas of Mexican Numismatics where we need your stories, information and expertise:

You can write only one article, or you can create an entirely new column for Mexican Coin Magic, which will appear as frequently as every issue, or only as often as you want to write one.  You can write about your favorite or even worse experience while building your collection.  Here are just a few ideas:

This should give you a few ideas of what we are looking for; something that interests you will surely be of interest to other collectors.  Believe me, you are not unique, there are many others who thirst for the stories and expertise that only you have.

Isn't time for you to share?

If so, contact us at FoxLairAJ@aol.com and tell us what you want to share with others.  Don't be afraid of your pen, pencil or keyboard.  And if you need writing or editing help, were are here to make your life easy.

Recently the noted American Numismatist and numismatic writer, Q. David Bowers, stated in one of his The Joys of Collecting columns for Coin World, "The more I think about it, the more I realize the power of the printed word in our hobby."

Later in the same article Bowers says, "Here is a truism: For a numismatic series to become popular there has to be a good, readily available book about it."

While we can't offer you a book deal to make you rich and famous. We can offer you the next best thing; an electronic forum, seen worldwide, to present your stories, antidotes, expertise and coins to other collectors that could make you and your collection well-known and help you secure top-dollar for your collection, when you decide to sell it.

Remember, Mexican Coin Magic is the only spot on the map today that is exclusively geared to Mexican Numismatics and we want you to help us tell the world about the greatest hobby in the world!
