Mexican Republic Gold Sales Recap Reports©
First, let me apologize for the way this sample report shows up on our website! It is one of the reports that is maintained in Microsoft Excell and all reports in this format are "real bears" for me to to properly display, because of our limited knowledge on website design.
This is one of our more popular reports, and those who have purchased it the last couple of years seem to love it! The sample for this report is several years old, so there have many additions to it, but it does give you an example of what information is on the Recap Reports and how it is arranged in this Microsoft Excel file. The Recap Reports are printed on white 8.5" x 11" paper in color, so important information can be highlighted in different colors. Each Recap Report is bound in a plastic three-ring binder, with a clear cover, making it very easy to find and carry these reports with you to coin shows, club meetings and conventions, so you may quickly check all past sales records giving you an indication of each individual DAMs availability. Each Recap Report also includes four pages of instructions on how to use it, the FoxLair True Rarity Scale with detailed explanation, and a list of about 30 important gold sales catalogs that we recommend for your library.
Our first Recap Reports in 2002 contained 15,760 individual sales our current version contains (13,609 Escudos & 6,746 Pesos) for a total of 20,355 individual coin sales. We are working on the 2005 edition that will include all sales recorded through the April 2005 ANR-Eliasberg Mexican Republic Gold Sale so I can't tell you exactly how many sales records are included.
Below you will find the Special Notes informing you what items are keyed to Super Script numbers that are part of the legends used for this report. Make special note when you see a listing in Red, because this indicates something important. An additional feature has been added recently, at the end of each denomination that gives our subscribers some very interesting statistics:
Special Notes & Legend Keys:

10 DAM has been confirmed by photos or scans, but no verifiable public sales records
