This is an ongoing project! Virtually every month we find new sales records of Mexican Republic Gold to add to our database, these come from old and new auction catalogs, old and new fixed price lists, old and new publication ads, and now even a few private treaty sales from collectors who feel our project is worthwhile. All of these are added to our files. We update our Sales Index Database with these new sales records at least once a quarter and once at the end of January each year, in order to create new Recap Reports. When you place your order, you will receive the total records from the last update, unless you specify you want to wait until the end of the next quarterly update.
We encourage all collectors to help us find sales records not in our database and to notify us, at the following address, if you find any error listings, mistakes, or omissions in our reports. Please note we are always interested in purchasing old coin auction catalogs having Mexican Republic gold coins that we are missing. If you have any catalogs, fixed price lists or private treaty sales you believe we might not have, please contact us with availability and prices. We currently have almost complete sets of Richard Long, Ponterio & Associates, and most early Superior catalogs, but we are missing many others, especially foreign catalogs containing Mexican Republic Gold.
